Tuscany in Spring: A Dream Come True
I’ve always dreamed of photographing a wedding in Tuscany — and this year, in March, that dream became a reality. Tuscany in spring is something out of a fairytale. Everything is lush and green, the light is soft and tender, and the air has that fresh, newness to it. It felt like the perfect place to not only capture love but to truly connect with it.

Storytelling through photography: Alina’s Theory Session
Before we picked up our cameras, we spent time in a heartfelt theory session led by Alina. Her words were exactly what I needed to hear — a gentle reminder that photography is about more than just the images we capture. It’s about understanding the story we’re telling, the emotions we’re preserving, and the connections we’re nurturing. Alina’s wisdom was a warm guide, helping us all tune into the deeper meaning behind our work.
The Shoot at Tenuta il Cicalino
When we started shooting, the magic was in the air. The venue, Tenuta il Cicalino, had this peaceful, rustic charm that could have come from a dream. But it was Giada and Marcello whose love was playful and at the same time powerful — who made the whole experience feel like something beyond a photoshoot. Every moment between them felt genuine. It reminded me why I love being a wedding photographer in Tuscany — the way this landscape holds space for real emotion to shine.
A Sweet Pause: Tiramisu & Shared Moments
Before we headed off to our next location, we took a moment to just breathe and savor something truly special. And yes — we had tiramisu wedding cake by . I’ll never forget how creamy, rich, and perfect it was. But what made it even more memorable wasn’t just the cake, it was the sense of connection around the table. It was all of us — photographers, vendors, creatives — coming together, sharing stories, laughter, and a deep appreciation for this beautiful day we were living. Those moments of togetherness, of slowing down and being present, are often the ones that stay with me the longest.
Trash-the-Dress in Massa Marittima: Fog & Romance
After the sweet pause, we made our way to Massa Marittima for a trash-the-dress session. And here’s where the magic got even better. As we arrived, a fog rolled in, blanketing the town and giving the cathedral in the background an ethereal glow. It was a photographer’s dream. Walking through those narrow, romantic alleys with the fog weaving around us felt like we were in a scene from a movie — everything quiet, intimate, and just a little bit mysterious. That fog, the misty air, and the ancient beauty of the town made the whole thing feel like something out of a movie scene.
The Heart of It All: Gratitude for the People Behind the Magic
This workshop was more than just a chance to capture stunning images — it was a reminder of how much I love the community of creatives I’m surrounded by. Sanela, who organized the entire experience, has such a beautiful heart and vision. She made everything come together with so much care and attention to detail. And the vendors? Simply amazing. From the florals to the make-up, every little detail was thoughtfully created, making the day feel even more beautiful.
And then, the photographers. I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked alongside such talented, kind-hearted people. We laughed, we shared tips, we pushed each other to be better, and we created side by side. It was one of those rare experiences where everyone is just in it together, and that’s something I’ll always cherish.

A Wedding Photographer in Tuscany: Let’s Create Your Story
I left Tuscany with a full heart — and a deep sense of gratitude for this workshop and the beautiful people I met along the way. If you’re dreaming of an intimate, authentic wedding in Italy, or if you're planning an elopement in Tuscany, I would be honored to tell your story. I believe in capturing love in its most genuine, beautiful form — in the quiet moments, the raw emotions, and the small details that make everything feel like it’s been plucked from a dream.
If you want your wedding photos to feel as real and romantic as your love story, let's make it happen.
